Unfortunately, this happens with Microsoft email addresses (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, MSN) We are currently experiencing a frequent occurrence that our emails containing test results or appointment confirmations are mistakenly being placed in the wrong location. Spam or junk folder land.

To ensure you don't miss any important messages, we ask for your cooperation. It will only take a minute:

Method 1: If you find an email from us in your "junk email" folder

  1. Go to your folder „"Junk email"“.
  2. Look for an email from us.
  3. Right-click on it.
  4. Choose „"Just to be on the safe side"“ or „"No spam"“ (or „Not junk email“).
  5. Very important: Click on the sender's name in the email and select „Add to contacts“.

Method 2: The permanent solution (Recommended!)

To ensure we don't get filtered out in the first place, please add us to your "safe senders list". Here's how:

  1. Log in on your PC at Outlook.com / Hotmail a.
  2. Click on the top right corner. gear symbol (Settings).
  3. Click on „"E-mail"“ and then on „"Junk email"“.
  4. Scroll to the section „"Secure senders and domains"“.
  5. Click on „Add to cart“ and enter our addresses one after the other (simply copy and paste):

  • info@services4vets.de

Press the Enter key after each address, and finally press Enter at the bottom. Save.
