Animal protection

As much as we can, we are involved in animal protection locally at cat protection associations, animal shelters, etc. In emergencies, we have also managed to nurse very sick animals back to health, cover the costs and find them a new home.

In addition, we support animal protection:

Orphaned baby elephants in East Africa

The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, one of the pioneering organizations for the protection of wildlife and their habitats in East Africa, is now the world's most successful rescue and rehabilitation program for orphan elephants.

In addition to hand-raising elephants and rhinos, the foundation's activities include comprehensive measures to protect African wildlife, such as combating poaching, protecting flora and fauna, raising awareness among the population, and providing veterinary assistance to animals in need.

We support this project, collect donations and sponsor orphan elephants.

Tallara 0

We all have the terrible pictures of the fires in Australia in mind, which have probably already fell victim to half a billion animals.

We've all seen the touching images of koalas dying of thirst or burning. We've all shared these images on social media, expressing our sympathy. But that alone isn't enough and doesn't help the animals there. Therefore, we wanted to actively support the volunteer organizations working there and decided to symbolically adopt the koala girl Tallara (see image). Tallara was born on April 26, 2016. The adoption includes a donation to the Australian Koala Foundation, which has been working independently of the government to protect koalas in Australia since 1986. In addition to koalas, you can also donate trees, which the koalas need to survive.
