Since we will unfortunately have an increasing number of pet owners who have to quarantine, either voluntarily or involuntarily, due to the coronavirus in the coming days and weeks, we have devised a solution to offer our regular clients the opportunity to receive initial veterinary advice in cases of doubt, going beyond a simple phone call. Therefore, we are offering daily video consultations (15 minutes with one of our veterinarians) from 3 pm to 9 pm, allowing you to consult with our veterinarians from the comfort of your home using your mobile phone.

You can find the newly added "Video Consultation" in our menu – simply follow the instructions and make an appointment. Once it's confirmed, we can get started.
